Sprouts Farmers Market interview questions

I applied online, received a phone call within a day or two. Had a brief phone interview that lasted about 5 min, then was scheduled for a in person interview at the store for next day. I arrived right on time for my interview, and met with the store manager. He liked my personality and smile and offered me the position. Had to wait for HR assistant to send offer via email. No drug test.

Interview was an open interview that allowed people to come in within a two hour bracket. Had a one on one interview with the Store Manager. He was a chill guy so it made less nerve racking . I personally I thought I did bad, but they called me back within a day and told me what I needed to do to get hired.
