Sprouts Farmers Market interview questions

Received email to setup phone interview. Received a call by the same lady twice asking the same questions before realizing she already called me. She then setup an in person interview with the regional director and local HR. Interview was relaxed. The regional was yawning and checking his watch. He said he would contact me to let me know either way but he never called. Also the position posted online that I applied for was already filled when I interviewed so the whole process was a waste of everyones time. .

They were so desperate for employees that the interview was basically asking me if i was competent. I called in about my job application and they set one up asap since the turnover rate was so high. I worked about 3 shifts where I had someone quit by walking out. I understand why
