I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (Tulsa, OK) in May 2014
Interview
The interview wasn't necessary because the Manager told me a few minutes in that he had already picked the line up for openings. Why even keep me there? I definitely had my time wasted. I was more qualified than the individial who received the offer. To make up for it he offered me a part time cashier or grocery sacker position.. I wasnt insulted at all... =/

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (San Diego, CA) in May 2016
Interview
Hiring process was very easy; apply online, wait for a response from HR, and then go in for an interview if you're accepted. I came in for an interview at my local store about two weeks after I completed my application, and came into the manager's office for the interview. It was very relaxed and straightforward, this being mostly due to how nice and laid-back the manager himself was. Afterwards, he thanked me for my time, and welcomed me onto the team. He then said all I'd need to do from there is complete my drug test and background investigation, and that I'd be good to go after that.
