You have to call the manager after you submit an application because most of the time they won't call you. Usually if you do they'll be thrilled to set up an interview with you. I sat with the store manager and the assistant store manager and it was a pretty laid-back sort of affair. They asked pretty basic questions, and told me a bit about the company.
