Sprouts Farmers Market interview questions

Went to a hiring fair, spoke to a recruiter, she liked my personality when answering some questions (when I said particularly that the customer is always right), and wanted to give me the position. It was a fairly straightforward, and going to a hiring fair really helped because it allowed you to connect one-on-one with an actual person.

I applied in March 2017. I applied online through their website at midnight. It's for a new store opening May 31st. A talent recruiter called me at 9am to set up for an interview face to face at one of the Sprouts stores in the area. Be prepared for department manager questions. Dress professionally and lots of smiling. The position they focused on for me was Dairy Manager.
