Sprouts Farmers Market interview questions

Sat down in a back room and answered a few personal questions. The environment was a bit unprofessional as it was a very cramped space with other, noninvolved people in the room. I was denied the job because I was under 18, which was contrary to their website which listed the required age as 16.

Was very easy. They were very helpful and friendly. It was in a hotel and they offered coffee. This was my first interview. You can take your time to think the answer to their question.
