After talking with recruiter there are two phone screening rounds one hour each with senior engineers. dynamics, strength of material, and heat transfer questions. Then there is an onsite interview with the team and hiring manager.
First round was a 'heartbeat call' just to make sure you aren't lying on your resume and to get some logistical information.
The second round is a 30 minute 1 on 1 with a hiring manager in the applicable division. Most of the call was about the experience I have and some technical questions regarding my current position. After that I was asked one technical question which I failed.

The interview was an initial recruiter screening, then 2 interviews involving technical questions and discussing my experience. Then an in-person presentation, followed by panel interviews and a written exam for which you are given 15 minutes.
