I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SoulCycle (New York, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
I submitted my resume to the studio email. It took two months to hear back about any open positions because they were full at the time. I scheduled an interview a few days after they emailed me. The interview was short and sweet. I heard back the next Monday.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SoulCycle (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2012
Interview
I had a phone interview that lasted about 10 min., and one in-person. Both interviewers were very energetic and easy to talk to. I got hired on the spot and the manager made me feel really excited about being a part of the team.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SoulCycle (New York, NY)
Interview
Fairly standard questions were asked, mostly related to customer service background. First there was a phone interview and then an in-person one at their headquarters. They also allowed me to take a free class, which was very generous. The process did take a bit longer than I expected (two or three weeks between the phone call and the in-person interview) but overall it was enjoyable. I would recommend it.
