The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SoulCycle
Interview
Process took about a month. I saw they were hiring, when I came across an add on craigslist for their new location. I submitted the application while I was at school and got an email in less the 10 minutes!!! The email was asking for a phone interview and gave me times. The phone interview was with their recruiting administrator in NYC, and was about 5 minutes and super easy. I got an email two days later to schedule an in person interview, that would be with their field recruiter and the managers of the new studio. They weren't coming into town until a couple weeks later. The in-person interview was at a coffee shop and I was pretty nervous because this was my first real job interview. They were all really nice and asked some fairly easy/answerable questions. They told me I would hear from them before the weekend and I got an email a couple days later! Overall it was a great experience for my first job interview process
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SoulCycle (Palo Alto, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
I emailed about a job opening and interviewed within two weeks. After the interview, I never even received a follow up email whether I got the job or didn't... they just left me in the dark.

Applied on website, then was scheduled for a quick phone interview and a in-person interview a few days later. Questions were mostly about working in teams, and why did I want to work for the company.
