SoulCycle Assistant Studio Manager interview questions

Received email shortly after I applied online, then received e-mail from recruiter requesting a phone interview. Phone interview went well. They then asked for a skype interview with her and one of her colleagues. They ran 20 minutes late to the skype interview. she finally messaged me and asked if we could do it now and I said yes... Skype interview was awkward. No smiles, not very personable. Asked straightforward questions.
