Somewhere Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Started with a basic HR interview, then a grammar assessment then lastly an interview with their HR Director. I got accepted and I was told to wait for the client's call. After a week, I received an email that apparently and suddenly, the position was on hold?? Don't even know if it's an excuse or a mismanagement on their job openings. What a waste of time

Reading other reviews here, I could sense this is really their way of hiring people. The hiring process is long and I appreciate that at first, the responses were fast. The interviews were also easy but just note the interviewers have their camera turned off. After the final interview with the client / CEO, the team informed me that my application was under deliberation by the client and that they would update me as soon as they hear back from the client. It’s been 3 weeks and I have not heard anything back from their end. Literally no one from their team also reached out to me about my application after that. It’s just a complete waste of time and truly disappointed by their processes. The management should really improve their system as people really prepare for things like this but it looks like they do not care.
