The interview process was great and timely. They made sure I get updated with everything that is happening regarding the application process. The first assessment was a bit hard but it was doable you just have to use your brain a bit haha. Grace was amazing as well as Jedmay they made sure I'm properly accommodated.

Question 1
Support Shepherd's 1st assessment interview is pretty standard. They just want to know your character, and previous roles, and asked some situational questions to test your moral character. Client interview is pretty easy if you really know the role you're applying for. My advice is to be genuine with your answers.
Very friendly process, the recruiters politely give follow-up emails. The pitch video, where you make an introductory pitch, is 1 minute long and okay compared to other companies that ask you to keep talking for 3-4 minutes

Recruiting processes today are NOT GOOD, the amount of times I´ve been ghosted and left in the air is unmeasurable. With Somewhere was different, after a couple applications submitted they contacted me and set up an initial interview, my recruiter was the best! his responses were timely, clear and empathetic just like the client I interviewed for. I´m also very happy with my job offer and excited to start this new journey.

Quite easy to be honest. My experience matched the job description so the interview felt more like a conversation than an interrogation. It also helped to research a bit on the company and the people who will be interviewing me.
