Standard interview process, application, face to face interview. Easily fooled managers with no idea. Any sub standard Joe can obtain employment. No qualifications needed. Base employment on which football team you support. A lot of nepotism.

Call from recruiter to come in fro an interview. Met with management = to discuss my work background and experiences. Management had a strong back ground and wanted to make sure you understood the roles and process for accounts payable. This company did have a carrier base of over 200 carriers and wanted to make sure you could handle the process.
