Skanska interview questions

It was very interesting and they asked a lot of questions. I felt very encouraged by the interview process. They mentioned there was a lot of people interested in the job. But I think I have a good shot.

Competency based interview with 2 individuals. First talked through my CV and answered probing questions about elements of it and then I was asked some competency based questions with each interviewer taking turns to ask questions from a pre-prepared form . I was then asked if I had any questions, which they duly answered. I was then advised of the next steps regarding the next stage of assessment if I was successful after the 1st interview.
