I applied through other source. I interviewed at Sixt in Mar 2011
Interview
You meet with two different hiring managers. They make sure you are professional and loyal to employ wth them. The process is easy and fast. We do have to take a drug test, the company is very flexible and very strict about cleanliness as well as stricly staying to the training process we had. Training is one week long to learn . In that week you do learn about the codes , take lunch breaks with the team, very team oriented. Then in that week you take a visit around the office by the last few day they tell you second week you go on the floor to shadow and do it yourself. Some people stay and some leave. Out of my group one person left when we started the other 6 stayed employed.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Sixt (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2014
Interview
5 meaningless interviews asking only where you live if you are willing to relocate. They have no HR in place other than remote in FL so the process is mostly stalling you while they obtain your information in hardcopy form signed for background checks. Their issue is that they change direction during the interview process to cover for people who have recently quit. You may start interviewing for a position you are interested in then arrive to an interview to be told you should consider another lower paying position.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Are you willing to accept a position paying $10,000 less than you were told to have interviewed for 5 times?
Thank you for taking the time to review Sixt. We take all candidate feedback seriously and will use this information to improve our processes in the future.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sixt (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Apr 2014
Interview
I was set up with an on-site interview through my university. The interview was mostly conversational, just to get a feel for my personality. About a week later, I was flown into their headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale, taxied over, and had a more formal interview with another recruiter. It took about an hour and I was asked the typical interview questions.
