I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sixt (Beverly Hills, CA) in Dec 2014
Interview
The interview process started with a Skype interview with my recruiter. She was very helpful in the process also. After the interview, I had an interview with 2 managers and the Supervisor in Beverly Hills. They asked me many questions and told me a lot of history of sixts. I really enjoyed hearing how much I could grow with the company. I then went to training for 3 days in Florida and then started working.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sixt
Interview
There were 3 rounds of application: The first one was their pre selection, the second one was the telephone interview and the third one was an assessment center at their company.
I can just tell you about the first 2 steps: After they preselected me, they sent me a mail after 2 weeks and invited me to the telephone interview.
The person called me and I honestly had the worst interview I ever had. I would guess that I have done about 10 telephone interviews in my life, but the person only asked very stupid questions...
After the interview, I got a mail after 6 (!) weeks that I am invited for the Assesment Centre. I didn't go there, because I already signed another job offer during that time.
If someone from the Sixt HR is reading this: Please answer your apllicants faster! That's really rediculous.
Sixt is paying your trip up to 100€, if you go to the Assesment Center. It lasts one whole day (9 to 5).
