SIXT interview for senior branch manager: Unconventional, uncomfortable atmosphere. Questions disjointed, lacking focus. Unclear role delineation. Overall, an awkward experience, leaving much to be desired in terms of professionalism and clarity.
Got an email for a zoom call with area managers. I have experience with a competitor for 3 years in car rental, they said they love people with that experience and that my skills and experience are perfect for the role. Got an email the next day that I was unsuccessful without a reason. asked for feedback and the email was ignored. Really strange and weird recruitment. If recruitment is this poor I wonder what it's like to work there.
Simple and straight forward process. I would recommend anyone to interview with this organization. The interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools.
