Entrevista inicial online con RRHH y después presencial con el jefe de oficina y/o supervisor. Centrado en ventas y objetivos, también hacen role play para vender algún objeto o lo que se les ocurra y prueba de inglés al menos, el trabajo es por turnos y la oficina está abierta todos los días del año, incluso domingos y festivos

Que es lo más importante para conseguir cerrar una buena venta con un cliente?
multiple steps, hr call, technical interview with the team, in office interview with direct and plus one manager, hr fit, references check. They try their best to make sure that one is the best fit for the role, however that makes the process lengthy and takes a very long time to complete. I would say that the technical team are great individuals but the process is too beauracratic
