I recently completed the video interview for the Winter Vacation Scheme. The interview consisted of four questions, each with a two-minute time limit for responses. There was no limit to the preparation time before answering each question.

Video interview - 5 questions: 3 competency, 1 interesting thing about you, 1 hypothetical situational judgement question. 30 seconds to prepare 90 seconds to answer (except for the interesting fact question which was 30 seconds to record).
