Siemens Controller interview questions

1 phone interview, 1 in person interview. Was told by HR the position paid 12k more than I was offered. I attempted to counter for salary HR stated was the salary and they did not give any more money. So I had to decline unfortunately

Highly subjective interview process - semi-unstructured interview method, relativly easygoing interview, highly biased inference. It all comes down if the recruiter imagins himself working with you (given you have the demanded backround)
