Shell Graduate Trainee interview questions

The process include video interview and online test. Haven't reached to the next process yet. The video interview include three questions, enable for re-recording, and unlimited time for preperation. Each question is timed for three minutes.

The interview process is straightforward, submission of a CV/ resume, filling in some questionnaires and making a self-introductory video. However, the feedback duration is almost 2 months. Can be really exhausting waiting for feedback on your application.
