Shell Graduate Trainee interview questions

I applied online, did a personality test, and an aptitude test online. After a few months, I was called for a phone interview after which i was invited or a shell recruitment day exercise. The SRD was hectic. There was an e-tray exercise, a group exercise, a case study and a personal interview. By the end of the day, I was exhausted with the worst headache ever. A few months after the tedious process, i was told i was successful in the SRD exercise, but there was no vacancy for me. My application was closed. I went through the entire stressful process only to be rejected because someone advertised for a job they did not have to offer. In as much as my experience was bad, I liked how much they tried to be transparent in their assessments. It was nearly impossible for someone with a personal vendetta against you to sabotage your application.
