Shell Graduate Trainee interview questions

In Shell, we’re interested in understanding how you learn and improve when doing projects and tasks. Describe a time when you needed to ask for feedback or advice. What help were you given and how did you respond? What did you learn about yourself?

It was a pre recorded interview. There were three questions asked. One was: Tell me about a time when you had to work with a person who had a different opinion than you. How did you manage the conversation? What was the final outcome?
