Shell Graduate Program interview questions

3 stages 1) online test 2) Phone interview 3) Shell Recruitment Day 2days event. involve online test, group assessment, 1:1 regarding the feedback on group assessment and how you can improve, 10 minutes presentation based on case study given, and finally competency based interview. since my interview was in netherlands, the other candidates were from london and netherlands and i'm the only one from malaysia. there were 6 candidates that were called for SRD

Started with online assessment (personality aptitude test) then numerical test. You need to finish it within the time limit. I think there are 12 numerical questions in 16 minutes. Then, I was offered an on campus interview back in the US but sadly Shell Us does not hire international students so I then accepted to SRD Malaysia.
