I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ServiceNow in Sep 2021
Interview
The whole interview and hiring process was completed in 6-7 rounds. The main panel interview was for 5 rounds. The remaining sessions were HR interviews.
First Round started with Director level(1), followed by Manager rounds (2) and Peer level (2).
The process was smooth and most of the rounds were conversation-based rather than interrogation models.
The interview starts with formal introductions and explaining about current background. The panel would try to relate this experience with their product/project. They will explain about the company and product briefly. Mostly scenario based conversation. The panel makes sure to keep the candidate comfortable in the whole process.
Biggest drawback is the HR rounds. Very poor communication and response. Will need to fall back of the HR to obtain a follow-up. This is the case even after getting approved in the interview and accepting the position.

Interview
I got through final interviews with 5 people and submitted a long case study which was not hard, it went very well . Recruiter was super nice and responsive as long as I was relevant. I have been ghosted ever since with no final decision or answer to my follow-up email on a final decision. Basically I had to figure it out my self that I was not chosen.
I feel like the minimum a company could do is get back to their candidates after they spent so much time interviewing and working on long case studies. It probably says something about how the company teats their employees.
