It was a great experience, 1st interview was over the phone, 2 nd interview was at the nearest Starbucks and the manager was super nice and down to earth. 3rd interview was at the store with the store director. Again a wonderful experience.

Interview
I was called after applying online to come in for a group interview. We sat in the center of a mall and they asked pretty simple questions around customer service. They were definitely looking for someone that was passionate about people and making them feel beautiful inside and out. They seem to get annoyed with the candidates that kept reverting back the fact that they love make up. Which makes sense because that doesn't always equate to being good at consulting people who need guidance and suggestions. The thing I love about Sephora is that they are a company that loves to help you grow once you're in.

I was recoupment by a co worker and they applied online . Called manager tonsee if they received my resume. Was asked to come back for an interview. Hiring process was easy applied on line was contacted in about a week was hired two weeks after.
