Sephora Sephora Color Consultant interview questions

Consisted of one phone interview and one in person interview. Went over resume, discussed hourly wage expectations, previous experience and availability. Everyone, from the hiring manager to the other employees I met upon arrival, was really nice and respectful of time.

The first interview was a group interview with 10 other people. Then the second interview was 1 on 1. Fairly easy interview questions. Mostly customer service type questions i.e. how would handle an upset customer?
