Sephora Operations Associate interview questions

Interview was an easy process. I applied during the holiday season, so they were in need of people. They asked typical questions like "what are you strengths, what are your weaknesses, and how would you handle a situation where ____."

Contacted the next day after submitting application, interviewed with the store manager and a lead of the store asked pretty basic questions asked about some stuff on my resume. At the end of my interview, they did tell me that my position wouldn't just be operational it was actually very little around operations and I would actually be selling most of the time.
