Sephora Operations Associate interview questions

originally i had missed the call asking to schedule an interview, i called back within an hour and was told no hiring managers were available and left my name and number for them to call back at 10am the next day. after two days i hadn’t received any calls so i called again, same thing. i did this about four times before eventually just dropping it. they took my name and number, and said they’d call me four different times in a week span it’s ridiculous and very unprofessional

Initial interview is group - lots of people all interviewing at the same time with other groups at other tables. Management would ask questions, both individually and open to the table. You don't have much time to make an impression so be ready to shine! Second interview is 1:1 with store director. A lot of really outdated questions, not the most dynamic interview I've ever had. Pretty standard for retail.
