Sephora interview questions

I was hired as a seasonal employee and went through about 3 or 4 interviews. One was very informal at a coffee shop. The next was a group interview. Then with the store manager. And again with the store's assistant manager.

The interview was very informative towards the job. They put you in scenarios and actually coach you through the proper response instead of leaving you to wonder if you did a good job. The interview process did not take long at all and I was able to leave with a satisfactory amount of information concerning hours, pay, and procedures.
