Sephora interview questions

I had 4 interviews and i got the job, At sephora on 5th ave. Loved the pay and the hours were great but overwhelming at first. Then the hours slowly started to decrease because they over hired people. Hours started to suck meaning no hours one week then 20 hours the next. significant drop from 40 hours per week.

The interview process was average. I was not asked any questions that I can even remember as standing out.
