Sephora interview questions

I applied online. It took about 2 weeks then I got an email inviting me to a group interview. Try to be as cheery & upbeat as possible! They really pride themselves on upbeat cast members who can provide great customer service. There was about 7 of us which took about an hour. Because it's a group interview, try to stand out as much as possible. (everyone wears mostly black to the interview) 3 days later I received another email asking me to come in for a one on one interview. This one was really short. They asked about availability and when I could start. I then had to do a demo which is where you role play as a cashier. It's a bit awkward but they really just want to see how you interact with the clients. I was offered the job during that interview and was sent an email a few days later with the specifications of the job offer.

telephone interview in person group interview another interview 2 weeks later the interview was rather long and unnecessary.. if you want someone to work for you, you should hire them.. especially when they;'re c;early super talented.
