Sephora interview questions

I had a group interview. There were 2 other interviewees and we sat at the food court it was very informal we were asked if we knew anything about the company (I did but the other 2 did not) so do your reasearch. At the end we were told that we would get a call back or an email either way if they were interested or not.

Went in and asked if they were hiring, got an interview the next day. You run through a quick demo to see how you would assess a client in need of help, sit down with the interviewer who asks questions, then said they would call back for another interview. Got called about a week later for a second interview, just a run through of my first interview. The whole process pretty much took place online, once i had all my paper work, references, experience filled out and they approved, they called me for a job offer. I would say the whole process took about a month, however it was well worth the wait.
