Sephora interview questions

First was a group interview. It was laid back and very non-intimating. Next was a one on one interview with the store director. Luckily, the sore director was very animated and easy to talk to. Finally, there was a demo interview where you had to demo your cashiering skills. They want you to learn all the details of the Beauty Insider program and make sure to ask each and every question they tell you to ask clients at the cash wrap.

The interview view process was great. My first interview I was asked a lot of formal questions about my experiences with the current job I had. Right after that I had trip to go to but they were very accommodating with rescheduling the next interview. The second one went just as great. Though I must say it kept me on my toes as some of the questions where very different, which I did enjoy. They want to know who you are ultimately.
