I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sephora (New York, NY) in Jun 2014
Interview
It was great, They informed me of what I would potentially be doing and the growth from their. It was very informational and encouraging,
I was told of how many opportunities this would open. I got hands on experience working with brand partners and was able to create projects based on business goals.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sephora (Arlington, VA) in Jan 2013
Interview
I first got a call to come in for the interview, I come to find out that it was a group interview. I was scared because everyone looked on point and I didn't. I looked so natural with my makeup and shy but i did my best to talk and engage. I did get hired as a cashier but I wanted to be color expert.

Interview
I applied online which seemed easy enough and I went in, spoke with a managed and handed them a hard copy of a resume just to put myself out there.
I received an email a week prior to my application and it was a group interview.
It was easy and fast. There were 12 people but it was almost open answering questions and whoever spoke first answered first so they could see the quiet ones opposed to the outspoken ones.
Really sweet and easy questions just general why this, what do you love about this, that.
One thing I did take from it which might not be a problem which in general isn't for me but I'm a guy and they're a company who is about makeup for everyone but they used really gender specific words like we're just targeting to women when there is a whole other range out there to be tended to and it kind of made me feel the tadist bit out of place because I was the only guy but I made up that with my answers.
