I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2016
Interview
I received a call 5 days after applying online to come in for a group interview. It was very easy going. We were asked about 8 questions and whoever wanted to go first would answer and so on. They were the basic cutomer service questions and a few about beauty. Four days later, I was called back for a second group interview. We were asked questions more about experiences in our current positions. The interview lasted about 20-30 mins and was very easy going as well. I received a call the next day saying they wanted to offer me the position! I was extremely excited!!! Let me just say that the girls working at the Sephora I applied to are amazing! They have the greatest attitudes and LOVE their jobs! This made the interviews so much better knowing we were possibly coming into a work environment where everyone was positive about the company they worked for!

Interview
I applied online and about a month later I got an email about setting up an interview. I interviewed with two managers and it was very relaxed and welcoming. I told her how much I was looking to be paid and she said she'd give me 50 cents more. I also applied for cashier but she asked me what my preferred place at Sephora would be. She told me that she just wanted me to be comfortable where I start. I told her color and she had me do my demo right there. The demo was actually a lot of fun - I basically just walked around and helped customers and sometimes helped specific people that they directed me to. They seemed very impressed with my experience (I currently work at ULTA) but it seemed like they would be totally down to hire me even if I didn't have the experience. Just be yourself and love eductaing people on beauty and you've got the job!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora (Schaumburg, IL) in Aug 2016
Interview
There was an online application that took approximately 15 minutes. It took about 1 month to get a call back to schedule an interview. A week after the first interview, I scheduled a second interview. After the second interview they said they would call me back in about 1-2 days, if not within a week. Three weeks later I received a call with an offer.
