Sephora interview questions

The interview was around 25 minutes and check what was necessary but mostly focused on how I can be one of factors to turn the store around. I was hired 2 days after the interview.

I applied to Sephora inside jcp as a seasonal sales associate. I interviewed with the manager of JC Penny's first then with the Store manager of sephora. The process was straight forward and it was about 2 weeks between the time I submitted my application and my first day on the stage.
