Sephora interview questions

Quick, almost no questions asked about ability to work. VERY misleading, I was told there was a job opening. Once at the interview I was told there was not yet a vacancy. The position was offered to me, I was told to call a specific day to discuss further, then I never heard anything back.

The process was fairly standard: phone interview, in-person interview with junior managers, and a final interview with the store director. It was a positive experience all around. Everyone was welcoming, clear about their expectations, and open to dialogue.
