I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora (Nashville, TN) in Apr 2015
Interview
you have to interview with several managers and the store director, I did a couple of mine over the phone and one in person and I had to pretend to sell products to the store director
It was a phone interview, then group interview and experience is very important for Sephora especially as a color consultant, heavily focused on that and how to explain specific makeup processes like how to contour or fill in eyebrows to customers, and upselling.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sephora (San Antonio, TX) in Nov 2017
Interview
I arrived at sephora around 10am when they were opening, I was told it was going to be a group interview so the manager took us down to starbucks, then we were all seated and asked questions. After the interview she took us one by one and told us if we would be offered a position... She called the references that were put on the application so make sure your references are legit & are expecting a call.
