I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sephora (Toronto, ON)
Interview
- Applied online (got a lot of refusals)
- Went to a job fair which was composed of three phases. In the first, you put on your availability, the store you want to work for and what positions. Then, you are interviewed by a team leader or manager from any store. After that, finally, there is a group interview. (Mine had 4 other girls).
- After a month got a call from the store director (manager) asking for another interview (the last one).
- Got hired at the same day. :D

Interview
I applied over a month ago and once i got a call back the whole process took about 3 weeks. I had 3 interviews all of which were one on one. They asked very standard questions me mostly about retail and customer service. They were pretty laid back. I got a job offer about a week after the 3rd interview.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora (Wichita, KS) in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied online and got a call to come in for an interview immediately. It was a group interview me, and 7 other girls. It was pretty laid back but I found the interview question to be dumb. They asked us a different question for each person and sometimes they weren't even related to the job! & ironically the questions they asked me were not job related, about two were though.
