Sephora Color Consultant interview questions

- Applied online (got a lot of refusals) - Went to a job fair which was composed of three phases. In the first, you put on your availability, the store you want to work for and what positions. Then, you are interviewed by a team leader or manager from any store. After that, finally, there is a group interview. (Mine had 4 other girls). - After a month got a call from the store director (manager) asking for another interview (the last one). - Got hired at the same day. :D
