Selina interview questions

Video interview with Meghan from New York office was completely a waste of time. The interviewer did not have relevant questions and did not drill down or show curiosity about any qualifications or professional experience. Furthermore the interviewer was not professionally dressed as a sign of respect so don't bother make an effort. Cherry on top is that even though they promised a follow up, they ended up ghosting and not responding to follow up emails.

I was contacted from three different persons for the same position via Lindkedin and email when the company expanded in Greece. All of them were working abroad and did not even know about benefits, salaries etc in Greece when we had our first call. After two detailed videocalls (they were both watching me and they did not open their camera) with the two of them (high level employees), they both booked stage two interviews in different hours with me for the same role. I had not mentioned the situation because I did not want to highlight that they are not organised. When I confirmed the videocall appointments and called them, no one replied neither to my emails about a feedback, nor to the calls that they had proposed. After 15 days I received another email about another videocall which I ignored. It was a total waste of time and energy and totally my fault to believe that a foreign company that invests in my country was more serious. Definately the worse interview experience with no respect at all for the candidate. (Please note that this is my first and only review)
