The hiring process consists of 3 rounds .
All the 3 rounds are technical round whatever technology you have worked on they are gone ask the depth of it.
Management was good .
exception handling if a price of code has four lines and wants all the lines to be executed even if exception occurs then what will you do to so that all the lines gets executed.

Very very unprofessional people. They scheduled interview and it was tough. But they hardly use what they ask in interview. Interview process was slow and unorganized. Mostly they do the recruitment for showing that they are doing recruitment. They dont process the offer letter even after qualifying all the rounds. They offered me software developer while I was already a senior software developer. In a way they didnt get enough reason to say no to me. And this all took around 25days which they could have told me on the very first day. Sears IT management pune recruitment sucks.
