1st interview was done by phone with local manager (who would become my boss). 2nd interview was done at the main office with someone else after I had completed a full days worth of skill testing. 3rd interview was in person with local manager and included the job details and job offer. Then it was sign paperwork, drug test, and wait for orientation and training to begin.

I met with the shop manager and answered experience questions for 30 minutes. He asked me about my hobbies and school experience. I didn’t have work experience in the field so we talked about how I did the work in a non paid capacity. They accepted this as experience.

I Applied online, They Called Less Than A Week Later And We Set Up An Interview, After Both Interviews I Started Working A Few Days Later.
All In All. . It Took Less Than Two Weeks From Application To Working.
There Is A TONNNNN Of Computer Learning When You First Start. . About 80 Hours Worth The Computer Said. . I Knew Most Of The Stuff And Finished It In 3 Shifts (About 8 Hrs Each.)
