Interview
Applied online, did a phone interview and then in person. At this point in time they really want to if you will stay with them long term. Most of my questions were pertaining to why I left my previous jobs. Be aware you will take a salary cut coming here and they do not negotiate much now.
Telephonic HR round. Followed by 3 technical rounds a managerial round. General behavioral questions. Overall an easy interview. Know your role for which you are applying very well. The behavorial questions are based on that.

Interview
Went through HR interview over the phone, and then called in to meet a Director, and a VP. Very conversational type of interview, back and forth, discussing what I do, and what they do. Overall a pleasant experience. Got called back in for a logical test and for an excel test. Had one more interview scheduled but got the offer before that.
