Interview
I applied online for a Merchandising Associate position. The application included a personality/skills/situational test which included an oddly high number of questions about handling an injury on the job. A day or two later, I was called to set up for an interview. When I arrived, everybody seemed surprised that I was there to be interviewed. A second person showed up to be interviewed, and nobody seemed to know that he was coming either. Eventually, the only person who seemed to know about the interviews showed up to conduct them. I was interviewed for a Cashier job, which wasn't what I applied for. The interview took 3-5 minutes and I was asked to wait outside to be interviewed by another manager. Eventually, the other manager interviewed me as well, again taking 3-5 minutes. Overall, I was there for about 40 minutes, with 30-34 of those minutes spent waiting. I was told that I would get a call back if I got the job, but never got a call.

Question 1
Describe a time when there was conflict when you were working as part of a team.
I had an interview with just one manager. It was quick, laid-back and there were just a few questions. It was at an outlet location, so not sure if this is why it was so laid-back.
Very professional however interviewer was nice and explained well. Asked six questions, then asked if I was available during certain hours and days. She offered me the position. I accepted and started the following week.
