Interview
The manager really or the person who interviewed me was very attentive and you could tell she was serious about the business. Most of the questions asked were about selling. She also asked if i had any past history in retail or selling items.

Question 1
Have you ever convinced someone into purchasing an item? If so, how?
Easy interview, they asked basic soft skill questions and put an emphasis on selling credit cards. Originally only a seasonal position, but I did well enough that they hired me full time. There is a high turn over rate though.
Interview was extremely easy. Looking for someone for the holidays for a temporary position but was hired on due to high credit card sales. Interviewer asked basic situational questions and some behavioral questions as well.
Was asked to arrive at a given time. There were 10+ other people scheduled for that time. I was 2nd in line, so I stayed, otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time.
