I applied online and was called back and scheduled an interview.
I interviewed twice. First with the operations manager of the store, then with the department manager. It was pretty casual.

They were mostly concerned with experience and schedule availability. They also asked if I had a car.

Very quick interview did a drug test did a background check everything came back super fast as soon as everything came back I was ready to work over there. They got me a warehouse job and A prepared me for everything I needed to know to start the job I felt very prepared

The interview went well but the minimum wage made me think twice on whether I should work for Sears and the hiring manager was nice in the interview but once hired became evil

Interview
It was quick and to the point, they brought me in, I talked to the HR person for most of the interview and then went and talked to the warehouse manager for a little bit. I also met with the supervisor that I would be working beneath.
