The actual boss interviewed me. He was super nice and they also needed people immediately, so they were really straight forward. Then they told me that same day that I was getting hired.

Question 1
What can you do if there is a difficult costumer who needs assistance, but you have a super long line waiting?
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time
