Santander Summer Intern interview questions

1 round of group interview led by HR on behavioural questions and a case study, followed by 1 interview with VPs and a final one with the head of the department. The process took a span of three months.

I applied online, and they got back to me in a timely manner. However, I applied for a specific position in one department (in the email confirming my interview, it also listed the specific role I applied for as the one I was interviewing for), and the role ended up being something entirely different in a whole separate department.
