Santander Intern interview questions

The first phase of the interview process was conduced by a third-party company in Brazil. It was basically a group dynamic. One week after, I was informed that I passed to the next phase. It was presential and in the Santander HQ, in São Paulo. I was interviewed by a Manager and a Director basically about my motivations on banking and college background.

The interview was not very hard and lasted for thirty to forty five mins. Skype interview was arranged for me as i was not in the country at that time.
